There are a number of factors that could affect your expectations from the social media data within the Social product. Our system pulls information from your social accounts every 24 hours, whereas the content and analytics you find inside of your social media platform are instant, so there is always a lag between the current data on Facebook and the collected data in this system. It should also be noted that Facebook reporting data happens in Pacific Standard Time and not local time. Some other reasons could include permissions or authorization changes within the social media platform, changes in systems or application program interfaces that affect connectivity. If problems persist, try disconnecting and re-adding your social profile.
