Your Social score reflects the level of engagement your business is receiving from users of various social networks. Go to the Configure Profiles tool in your Social product to connect the appropriate social media networks to your account to receive an accurate Social score on the home dashboard. If there is not enough social activity data, we cannot provide a Social score for your business.
