When First American sends in tickets for these (they normally say “Transactions that need to be cleared”), can you please do the following:
1) Confirm it’s on retail tipping. If it’s not on retail tipping, then I shouldn’t need to fix.
2) Find the Batch Summary page for the open batch they can’t close and send me the number in the URL.
3) When you reply to let them know it’s fixed, please request that they update the merchant to the latest version. (For them it’s 6.21)
